Beej Binge values your privacy. Any personal information collected while using our website- such as your name, email, phone number, address, or payment details is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Indian data-protection laws.
2. Services Overview
As part of the order or registration process, Beej Binge may collect limited personal details required to fulfill your purchase, process payments, arrange delivery, and communicate order updates.
Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties except our trusted logistics and payment partners (e.g., Delhivery, Razorpay) for order fulfillment.
3. Eligibility
Our products and services are available only within India. You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from our site. Minors (13–17 years) may use the site only under parental or guardian supervision.
4. Return & Replacement Policy
Because we sell perishable food products, we can only accept returns or replacements in specific situations. You may request a replacement or refund within 48 hours of delivery if:
- You received the wrong product, flavour, or quantity.
- The product was damaged, leaked, or defective upon delivery.
- The product is expired at the time of delivery.
Not eligible:
- Opened, used, or tampered packets.
- Products stored improperly after delivery.
- Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery.
5. How to Request a Replacement or Refund
- Email us at beejbinge@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- Our quality team will review your request within 2 business days.
If approved, we will:
Replace the product free of cost, or Issue a refund to your original payment method (within 7–10 working days).
6. Refund Method
Refunds (where applicable) will be processed to the original payment source, credit/debit card, UPI, or wallet.
For COD orders, our team will coordinate a secure transfer via bank or UPI.
7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-delivery charges will apply. Please ensure your address, pin code, and phone number are accurate at checkout.
8. Colour, Texture & Appearance
Product colours or textures may vary slightly due to natural ingredients, roasting variations, or lighting during photography. These differences do not affect quality or flavour.
9. Governing Law
This policy shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India.
Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
