1. Our Commitment

At Beej Binge, we work hard to make sure your snacks reach you fresh, safe, and on time. All orders are packed with care and shipped through our trusted logistics partner Delhivery, ensuring quality and speedy delivery across India.

We ship throughout the week (except Sundays and public holidays).

2. Where We Ship

We currently ship Pan India to all serviceable pin codes covered by Delhivery and its courier partners.

3. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all pre-paid orders of ₹399 and above.
₹49 shipping fee for orders below ₹399.
₹40 COD handling fee applies to Cash-on-Delivery orders.

4. Order Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are usually processed within 24 – 48 hours of confirmation.
Delivery times vary by location:

Metro Cities: 2 – 4 business days
Other Urban Areas: 3 – 6 business days
Remote or Rural Areas: 5 – 8 business days

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email and SMS with a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

5. Packaging & Handling

Your order is hand-picked from our warehouse, carefully sealed, and dispatched in tamper-proof packaging to maintain freshness and quality throughout transit.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that’s damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at beejbinge@gmail.com with your order ID and clear photos. Our team will assist you as per our Returns & Refund Policy.

7. Delivery Delays

Occasional delays may occur due to weather, strikes, or courier disruptions. We’ll keep you informed and ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.
